Most full-gut kitchens with custom cabinetry start in the
$65k-$75k range, excluding the purchase price of appliances. Usually in this range we are not changing the locations of major appliances either.
If we’re relocating appliances you should plan on your kitchen bumping up to the $100k range, also excluding the purchase of appliances. In these renovations we’ll probably be trenching the slab for plumbing movement, knocking down a wall, running new circuits from your electrical panel, and maybe replacing some flooring due to the relocation work.
No matter the scope you choose, all of your cabinetry will be custom made in our cabinet shop. After your 2D & 3D renderings are approved, we typically install your new cabinetry within a few weeks to keep your project moving without any delays!

From design & engineering through permitting & cleanup at the end we’ve got you covered! A typical Austin 3/2 home down to the studs usually falls in the 250-500k range. Your finish levels are going to really drive the price.

Range Between $25k-$50k
Full bathroom remodels come in many shapes and sizes. A typical master bath remodel usually costs between $30k-$60k. Usually in this type of renovation we aren’t doing major relocations of plumbing fixtures. Showers can expand, drains can move a little bit for a tub, but the general locations remain.
If you’re planning on major relocations & expansion you’ll probably want to budget $75k-$100k. This will usually cover everything including your finish purchases.

We have a wonderful view of the south Austin greenbelt, and we wanted to enjoy it "bug-free". A friend and co-worker referred us to Matterhorn Development for the job. I'm attaching before and after pictures, so you can see how amazing their work is. They took an old, run-down deck and turned it into a beautiful family room. As you can see, the work is outstanding, but that's not the only reason I recommend them for a remodeling project. They were courteous, present, and respectful. They showed up when promised and communicated changes in schedules and work regularly. We've been burned in the past by flaky general contractors, so we were happy to find this team of professionals.
